Had a great car buying experience at Jarrett Ford in Port Charlotte. We went there because of the vehicle choices as well as the on line reviews and reputation we heard about. Turns out the 5 star reviews we correct. Our salesperson (Mike) was great to work with. He was very helpful and knowledge and was not pushy at all. He helped my wife pick the car that was a perfect fit for what she had in mind. Turns out to be a fantastic fit for me as well. Shes 5'5" and Im 6'6" and the Ford Explorer Active we took home is a incredibly SUV. The finance department also made our experience as easy as 123. We traded in our vehicle and drove home the new one in just a few hours. We highly recommend stopping in at Jarrett Ford in Port Charlotte for your next vehicle purchase. Their prices can't be beat and they show you that up front with no hidden on line tricks.

The salesman Michael was so friendly and helpful. Easy to work with. Doing all the paperwork was a bit stressful but isn't it always lol. The finance lady was very kind and patient. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle here. 😁 I love my Ford Expedition !!

Found the truck for me!

I have always had a positive experience with Quick Lane. Overall, Jarrett Ford is responsible for so many upgrades for us customers. I love the waiting area; truly. One tv has programs for men and the other for women like me who enjoy home improvement programs. There is a nice snack machine, a coffee/tea area and a place to charge your phone or iPad. The wait time is short due to the comfort of Jarrett's waiting area and I know my car is in good hands.

Great team .. Pulled in for oil change and rotation told me I'd be an hour and a half got me out of there in less than an hour. All around great experience would highly recommend this to anyone who is in need. Thanks for all the work

I have used Charlotte County Ford for over 20 years. Have purchased several vehicles from them. One of which we still have 17 years later! We traveled almost 2 hours with the kids to pick up a car for my wife. We were in contact with Roxana in assistance and the salesman Victor Balseca, and our purchase was very easy and the communication was great, which is the most important thing. We got this 4WD Ford Explorer ST Line! 👍

I’ve been using the Quick Lane here for oil changes and The Works packages for years, and I’ve always been happy with the pricing and how simple and convenient they make everything. On my most recent visit, my service advisor, Chris Thompson, was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. Technician John Johnson did an outstanding job road-force balancing the oversized tires on my F-150 after other shops had been unable to eliminate the highway speed vibration. The truck now rides extremely smooth, even at higher speeds. I really appreciate their attention to detail and highly recommend the service department!

Trent was the most pleasant, patient, and understanding salesman. He went above and beyond by meeting me at the dealership to finalize the sale on his scheduled day off, to which I was very thankful. Oh, and I absolutely love my Bronco Badlands!!!!
