Turns out the 5 star reviews we correct. Our salesperson (Mike) was great to work with. He was very helpful and knowledge and was not pushy at all. He helped my wife pick the car that was a perfect fit for what she had in mind. Turns out to be a fantastic fit for me as well. Shes 5'5" and Im 6'6" and the Ford Explorer Active we took home is a incredibly SUV. The finance department also made our experience as easy as 123. I have always had a positive experience with Quick Lane. Overall, Jarrett Ford is responsible for so many upgrades for us customers. I love the waiting area; truly. One tv has programs for men and the other for women like me who enjoy home improvement programs. There is a nice snack machine, a coffee/tea area and a place to charge your phone or iPad. The wait time is short due to the comfort of Jarrett's waiting area and I know my car is in good hands.
Great team .. Pulled in for oil change and rotation told me I'd be an hour and a half got me out of there in less than an hour. All around great experience would highly recommend this to anyone who is in need. Thanks for all the work
