I had a very easy, relaxed few hours with Valen and i did purchase a new vehicle. There was no pressure, he answered all my questions and went over everything in detail, He even offered to Facetime with me if there’s something i have a question about. Krista, the finance manager was great also. She explained all our options , very knowledgeable and easy to understand. The showroom is clean and comfortable. I’m very pleased with my experience at Jarrett Ford. I’ve done business with them in the past, and again, they did not disappoint!

Good oil change an prompt service for all the things done

I called to see if I could get my F150 in for an oil change and they got me in an hour after I called!

Love this dealership, I have purchased my last 4 vehicles here and I take my vehicles to get service here as well.

I was able to get an appointment to service my vehicle the next day. Dropping it off I dealt with Alexie who was super nice and professional. Didn’t wait at the dealership but the service completed fairly quickly. The whole process was easy.

Good friendly service. Always answer any concerns I have. I have been a customer for many years, this time with a brake situation they went above and beyond making sure my car got fixed for me, I got home and they brought my car back to me when it was done.
