Trent was the most pleasant, patient, and understanding salesman. He went above and beyond by meeting me at the dealership to finalize the sale on his scheduled day off, to which I was very thankful. Oh, and I absolutely love my Bronco Badlands!!!!

We have been searching for a vehicle for a while locally in Texas and decided to take our search nationwide when we could not find what we were looking for. We came across Jarrett Ford and not only did they have the vehicle we were looking for, but the buying process was smooth as well. Our salesman, Arthur, did a walk around within minutes of us getting off the phone, sending us very detailed videos. Arthur even helped us secure shipping to our home state. Very happy with the service provided and should we need another Ford, a call to Arthur at Jarrett Ford will be the first and only call we will make.

Arthur did an amazing job helping us get the car we wanted without making us feel pressured or playing games with the final cost. We also ended up staying after close filling out paper work and he never once made us feel unwanted or like we were a problem. 10/10 will be going here for every car in the future!

From the sales professional Mike to Finance Manager Judi, it was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! They were courteous, engaging and so very helpful! Judi in particular went above and beyond to get us into a payment structure that met our budget and offered the best value! I cannot recommend Jarret Ford highly enough! Oh, and we love our new (to us) ‘21 Lariat!

Angel and Judy were amazing! I bought a Shelby gt500. They were quick, easy, and kind. When I tell you this is the EASIEST car I have ever bought, I mean it. And I’m only 24. I probably will come back to this dealership for other vehicles to be honest! Wow, all around amazing on everyone’s parts! Judy is funny and so effective. Angel is very efficient and straight to the point. (In a good way)
