Service was great. A little disappointed with Ford. No jack or spare tire on a work van. Floor of cargo area not fully attached to frame. No adaptive cruise control… and so on. For the price of the vehicles today, you would spect does things at a minimum.

I have never given a car dealership 5 stars!!! i did not think it was possible for a car dealership to deserve 5 stars but this one did! We highly recommend Jarrett Ford in Port Charlotte. Our salesman, Jay, was awesome. Knowledgeable but not pushy. The credit manager, Mike, was also extremely nice and helpful. Best car buying experience we have ever had!!!! I purchased my new 2023 Ford Maverick XLT truck today. My sales consultant was Micky Mullins, sales person was Cristy and the sales manager was extremely helpful and professional to me. Everyone took their time to answer all my questions and concerns on my truck purchased. I never felt pressured or rushed to make my decision on my truck purchase. Job well done by the entire staff at Charlotte County Ford.
