My wife and I purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco from Alan S. He made the purchase very easy, we would recommend him. Everyone there was very nice including the finance person.

Sadly the Quick Lube lane is turning into an appointment only lane and this is in the off season. I recently made an appointment to have the air conditioning fixed in my truck. The service advisor would call telling me this was the problem. So I authorized the repair. Then I would get another call. Oh one more part. So I authorized it. Then another call. Oh one more part. By this point I had my doubts the mechanic knew what he was talking about. But, I authorized it too. Then the week of July 4th I was told the wrong part came in and being a holiday I couldn't expect the correct part until the following week. The whole process took three weeks and $2500. I definitely was not impressed. Finally when it came time to pick it up my friend who was giving me a ride looked up the service hours online. The website said they were closed weekends. So I had to wait a few days to pick it up. When we got there I asked the service advisor and was told oh yes! We are open till noon on Saturday. You really need to update your hours on your website.

Barry was my salesperson for my most recent purchase with Ford. Very pleasant to deal with with no lies about the sun and the moon which he could not provide. Shout out to Barry. Jordan the financial person was very proficient and was able to process the paperwork like it was the back of his hand. Thank you for the very pleasant experience.

We appreciate your service, but next time my wife would rather bring the truck in herself and get taken care of quicker. Regards, RO Laster

This is my normal service location for my Ford F250 diesel pickup. I went online the week prior and made a 1045 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was checked in by my service advisor who is listed on my repair order as Gene. He was an older gentleman with a goatee. After checking me in he directed me to the waiting room. After about 30 minutes Gene came to me and said that they could quickly do the oil change but the tire rotation could be delayed up to an hour and a half due to walk ins. I pointed out that I had an appointment and he added that they had other appointments as well as the walk ins. I told him that I needed the total service completed so I would need to wait. After a couple hours I looked out and my truck still had not moved yet people that had showed up after me had come and gone. At almost the 3 1/2 hour mark I noticed Gene coming to the waiting room with paperwork so I asked him if my truck was almost done. He responded by saying he had no idea and that he was there to speak to other people who had arrived a long time after me. I walked to the fast lane desks where I found nobody. Gene walked in and went to his work station ignoring that I was there. I asked him who I needed to speak with to find out about my truck since they had had it for over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. He asked my name and began looking through paperwork. After not finding a repair order he asked if I had an appointments which I said yes at 1045. He continued looking and Lo and behold had the repair order and key in the file holder on the side of his desk. I asked him what the discount would be for so much of my time being waisted and he said he wasn’t authorized to give a discount and continued with my paperwork. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he wasn’t authorized the only one there. I asked to speak to the service manager and he said the service manager had left for a family emergency and that I could call and talk to him in a couple days. I said I wanted to speak to someone that day and he said he didn’t know what to tell me. I then said the dealership has a GM correct, that I wanted to speak with that person. Gene then said he had only been there a couple weeks and didn’t know anything about a GM. Then he magically said he would try to find his supervisor who had just stepped out. He walked out and a moment later another advisor walked in. I explained to him what had occurred and the discussion I had had and he said they had issues with airlines going down and were busy. I said I understood that but Gene had not communicated any of those issues to me and was flippant towards any questions I asked and when I asked for the GM. The advisor commented that even new he should not have said that and apologized to me for my experience and put my papers on the desk with my key and said due to the delayed time that I was good to go indicating he was comping my $200 service. I explained to him that I was not asking for a free service, just a discount to reflect my waisted time. He said he totally understood about my time and that he was taking care of the service. Gene stood at the desk one over not making eye contact with me, and never said sorry or have a nice day. Gene lacked any level of professionalism, was rude, and flippant with his responses to my questions. If this is who is going to represent the dealership I will specifically ask for someone else in the future or go to another city to try other Ford Dealerships. Gene was a poor representative for this organization and lacked basic communication skills. The other service advisor did the right thing taking care of the customer who was ignored and had a bad experience. I didn’t catch his name but he was professional and did the right thing.

Sold my elderly parent a junk car, Had recalls that could of been dangerous. Seatbelts barely work. Just a complete lemon. Took advantage definitely. I wouldn't suggest going to this dealer. will deff be calling a lawyer.

I love the truck they got me in but the detailing department did a very poor job at detailing the truck. After I made a special trip for them to clean it, I walked away with bird poop still all over the car and a dusty interior in a 2 day old car. They told me I would need to return to get some of the poop off with a sander, but I was disappointed to see that it only took me a paper towel and a tiny bit of soap to remove it. I seriously left feeling like I drove away a 3 year old used vehicle. I informed my salesman, left a survey regarding it, emailed management, and left another review, to no response. Not following up with customers is the fatal blow to businesses and I know I will not be doing any more business with this dealership if the relations are like this.

3 . 1/2 hours for a oil change. totally ridiculous. I arrived at 7 AM and the team member told me it would take 1 hour. They neglected to tell me that they take appointments as a priority. If you are planning on having work there, I recommend you call and make an appointment. I personally will no longer do business with them.

I was in a bind and took my vehicle to be repaired for various issues and even though I had a service contract, they found many other items not covered and the bill came to $1800.00 Even though that was more than expected, if the repairs were done properly than I felt that it was needed. I had a major oil leak, a possible overheating issue, and plug in the tire I wanted properly patched, seat belt recall issue. I picked up the vehicle and drove it for a day to make sure everything seamed ok, and then left for North Carolina. 4 hours into the trip, the temperature starting going up and down again, just like before, and there was a grinding gravely noise intermittent from under the hood. Nice to have while on a road trip in the middle of nowhere. I did make it to my destination without breaking down, after stopping several times to check coolant levels and oil. The service manager also told me they couldn't find the tire plug, so I thought how good is the repair going to be by a technician that can't find a tire plug? I do not even know if they repaired the seat belt recall on the vehicle as it wasn't mentioned anywhere. This experience just reinforces the fear people have of car repair shops. They also said I needed brake pads and of course turn down the rotors. Unfortunately I was out of town and unable to see the reason for this, and no photos were provided to verify that this was even needed. If the tech can't find a plug in a tire, he has no business repairing major components on a vehicle this technical. Clark Evano
