Second year in row using their mobile service department for oil change on my Lincoln MKT.They do great job,showed up within 2 hr time frame. Last time I had issue with invoice but Jillian department manager fixed it.

I had a wonderful overall experience. I was given time during my first trip to the lot before any sales person even came up to me. Once I was approached, I was asked what my interest were and what I was looking for and the sales person heard me loud and clear, showed me the multiple options. I was looking at and discussed in detail the types of features I wanted on the vehicle I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the options. I was looking at and even went a step further to compare other dealerships within a 500 mile radius. I never felt pressured, and was given full respect during my entire shopping experience.

Mike in financing was also very helpful and made everything feel fair and affordable. The service department, Dirk in particular, was great to work with recently! The AC in my Bronco Sport went out. I contacted Englewood Ford, the dealership that I typically work with, and they weren't able/willing to get me in for diagnostics for two + weeks. No one wants to go without AC in Florida that long so I contacted Jarrett Ford and had the pleasure of working with Dirk, who got me in the next day, worked with other dealerships and their parts teams to secure an out of stock part to prevent a delay in my repair, and took many other steps to go above and beyond. Just over 3 business days and a new compressor later, the car was as cool as ever. Thank you! I will certainly remember your service when it's time to trade and I appreciate your understanding of a less than ideal situation.
