My first car purchase in 18 years. Arthur (Art) Francis was simply amazing. Beyond his kindness, he was patient as he explained and demonstrated all the new features of my new car. I felt so at ease and most of all felt like I trusted everything he told me and I am so excited to have found an amazing salesman and dealership. Most of all I felt like I mattered.
