Just had my 2022 F150 serviced for some recalls along with replacing my battery. The service was about the best I’ve had a a dealership. Have bought and serviced two truck from a Ford dealer in Tampa and there’s is no comparison with the exceptional service Jarret Gordon provided. They picked up my truck from my job twice and as promised which was a very nice surprise. This is my new place for service and for when it’s time for a new truck again. Shout out to Christina and a Hailey!

Great service department.

Truthfully had a great experience with our salesperson Ryan and the rest of the team that helped us with the purchase of my 2024 Maverick. I haven’t had a great experience with most dealerships, but we went in Saturday July 27th and Ryan and the team were so kind and welcoming. Even joked with my husband about video games and computers. I truly enjoyed this experience and it didn’t help that the whole experience took 3 hours. Thank yall for our purchase!

Jarrett Ford truck shop was wonderful. My first experience in having my truck serviced there. Caitlin who is the service writer that I dealt with was great. Very respectful and easy to understand. She kept me informed through the process and consulted me prior to replacing any parts on the truck. Great to work with. I took my truck here a second time and again Caitlin was wonderful to work with. I can’t ask for a better service professional. The technician that did the service work on the truck did a wonderful job!! Thank you!! I also want to say how wonderful Dylan is as a tech. He performed the work on my truck that was extensive. Caitlin in service was able to get my vehicle in for a warranty issue and set me up with a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. The service department was able to correct the issue I was having with the broncos transmission and so far seems to be good now. I traveled to use this dealership because non of my local ford dealerships were able to schedule a loaner vehicle for me. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for any service needs and I recommend them.

I had my Flex serviced and brakes repaired. Great service! I always use them for the care of my car.👍👏
