Had an issue with our 2025 Aviator and stopped in this morning. We are from Canada and they treated us incredibly well. We waited while they fixed it then detailed it as well. They were continually giving us updates along the way. We are extremely pleased with their service department

I traded on a van on 10/4/24. My sales contract was Vadim Petrov. After a test drive, we negotiated and settled on an agreeable price in 5-10 minutes. An outright purchase.at $30,000. + deal. The deal was approved by sales manager Mike D’Amelia. From the beginning I insisted on the sale contingent on having 2 key fobs. Mr Petrov & D’Amelia we’re aware of this. The car I traded in had 3 key fobs. I’ve lived in St Augustine for 3.5 years. In this time I’ve purchased- outright- 2 cars, 3 pickups, & 2 RVs. I’ve had key fob issues before. I demand 2 key fobs. The dealerships have provided them, until JarrettGordon. They made me sign a form stating- nothing owed by Jarrett Gordon. At that time it was true. When I go to leave, I only get 1 Key Fob. Mr Petrov said he would call the seller. Since this has happened I’ve emailed Petrov 3 times with no reply. I’ve called, refused to pick up, or call back. Talked with Mr D’Amelia yesterday, brought him up to speed on my no key fob, & Mr Petrov refusing to respond. He’d check it out , and have someone call me back. Well, no return call. I’m waiting for my programmed key fob. I’ve reached out to Jarrett Gordon, no response. Second issue. After getting home I realized there is a leaking wheel seal. The carfax had said new tires & brakes. It would be impossible for you to do these repairs, and not be aware of the bad wheel seal. From Bozard Ford the key fob is $308.90 , the wheel seal was $226.29. Please provide me with the programmed key fob. Or send a check for $535.49. Reach out and fix your mistake. Chas J Roe

I was given an approximate time for my service to be completed. I needed an additional service which was completely explained to me as far as price and additional time. My car was returned in the amount of time and price quoted. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The whole process was smooth and seamless with no pressure, games, time wasting or ridiculous fees. My sales rep, Victoria Wills, was fantastic! She is a great communicator and handled everything very professionally with charm and kindness. The Finance Manager, Tim Vogel, was super helpful when he discovered a license plate registration error with another vehicle I own, which I was able to get resolved with his recommendation. He was also very professional and efficient and courteous. They made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will return and will tell others about how great it is to purchase a vehicle at Jarrett-Gordon Ford Winter Haven.

Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. Melodious music, very chill atmosphere. Victoria Wills offered a seamless and relaxed car buying experience. Victoria was not pushy, she did not try to sell me anything I didnt want and my favorite part about her is that she was willing to learn as we went along. Very graceful and open minded and it felt like I was car shopping with a friend. The entire experience was stress free and filled with laughs. People associate car buying as an all day adventure filled with negotiations and that was not the case. Everyone was so comfortable that we didnt want to leave! Even working with the Sales Manager Mike D and Tim V the Finance Guy they stayed late to seal the deal and I left with exactly what I wanted and happy. I would certainly recommend anybody thats in the market for a vehicle no matter the brand to meet with this team at this dealership. Just go you will not be disappointed.

The technician that came to my house to service my vehicle is a true professional. He serviced the fluids in my vehicle, rotated tires and did a software update on my vehicle. It was perfect.

My experience with Jarrett-Gordon Ford was spectacular, mainly due to the hard work of my salesman Victor Ballesteros to make this a quick, seamless, and remarkably easy purchasing process. The dealer was even working to deliver my vehicle, but to make my pre-approval lender happy I came in, which was great cause I got to see the hard work of the detail Victor setup before I signed for my brand new F150. I really can’t say enough how painless this experience was, no gotchas in the finance office, no gotchas at the sales table, what Jarrett-Gordon presented to me initially was what I saw out the door. Thank you very much Victor and the team at Jarrett-Gordon, and I will be recommending this dealer to anyone seeking a fair and great Ford dealer in the future!

Beautiful and immaculate facility. The vehicle I purchased was exactly as promised, quick transaction, professional and pleasant staff. My sales man Victor B was one of the best and Luis in finance was equally wonderful. Worth the 90 minute drive! P. S. Great price on my Gold Certified Explorer!!

Not going anywhere!

I waited well past 1 1/2 hours before my vehicle was taken back for an oil change. The quick lane should definitely be faster than this.
