They are a great dealer to do business with. Always happy to see what needs to be done and to get it right. The mobile service was great. I could work around my house and not have to drive to the dealer and wait for a couple of hours to get service done. I will use this service again.

WE have had another 2 opportunities to have EXCELLENT service from the service department, Tammy has given extra time following up on an issue we were having with our new hybrid, and the use of Ford rewards and checking with the tech Clayton on specific noise questions. The following day we had noticed another strange noise that we could not identify to which I spoke to Bailey explaining that we had just been in yesterday and something sounded wrong, so he assigned Jeffrey to check it out. After a good look over he found a self-tapping screw in the tire. Good job by the team. We have complete confidence in this group of professionals. Excellent service and communication with repair from our service advisor Dirk and technician Frank Smith. We recommend this service team to everyone

Great experience not having to drop my truck at the dealership for a recall they came to my house and fixed the recall in my driveway couldn’t be happier.

Michael was excellent. He found me the exact truck I wanted, which was a difficult task as I spoke to another dealer and they couldn’t get the right color and features I needed. Paul was great also. Purchased a vehicle from Arthur and the end of the year last year. Had a problem with the battery a few months later and had called him to advise me of what to do. He had set up to have the mobile service to come out the next day. I was beyond grateful to the service and quick response.
