I’m in the market for a new car and would have looked at Mitsubishi but St Pete Mitsubishi tv commercials are so annoying as if they are desperate that I would not even think about buying a Mitsubishi now. Sorry. Best of luck just the same.

My car took a crap on me so I needed a new one. I didn't think I would qualify for a new car so I was looking at used cars. Martin was my guy. He went above and beyond for me. I left with a brand new 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander 4wd. My very first brand new vehicle. I couldn't of asked for a better person to help me. No hidden fees, very transparent with EVERYTHING. My credit isn't the best and didn't have much to put down. Martin made sure he stuck too what he said and got me in my dream suv. He's the best guy for the job. I was very comfortable during the whole process. If I ever buy another vehicle or my friends and family need a vehicle I will definitely be going to St. Pete Mitsubishi and asking for Martin. He's the man you wanna do business with. Thank you again Martin. I'm loving my ride.

I want to start by saying I had the most polite sales man named Cleon. I highly recommend him if you need a vehicle he will work over time to make sure you like your vehicle and that you get the best experience and leave happy with your choice. They treat you with the upmost respect and make you feel very welcomed. They offered me something to drink while I waited made sure if I needed anything he would take care of it. 5 stars for sure and I can truly say it was service with a smile.

Update: And still the same guy screaming!! This commercial is horrible. I seen a new commercial same guy same annoying voice. Why??? Still want him to stop yelling even though the tone is a little lower. Get someone else to do the commercial. Previous review: I have never been to this dealership and I never will because their commercial with that guy screaming his voice goes through me like nails on a chalkboard. It’s irritating please stop that commercial. It’s annoying.

My husband and i came in on Saturday on the radio ad . We had an appointment set with Cleon and he greeted us at the door with a big smile , it was hetic and packed inside but he got us sitting down and started... fast foward couple minutes later they told us we werent approved as we are walking out the door Mally stopped us told us sit back down we have something !!! We got approved for a brand new Outlander Sport !!!! Thank you Cleon for the great customer service on a busy saturday

Just bought my first car 2022 Tesla Model 3. The team was very knowledgeable and very communicative throughout the entire process. Very transparent about pricing and how they were able to get me a great deal! Highly recommend them for their honesty and communication.

Overall my experience was a lot better than some of the other dealerships they have been at. Cam was amazing and address all of my concerns and questions with a smile and with information that put me at ease. I'm never there for long and if they need my vehicle for more than a couple of hours I'm offered a courtesy vehicle so I can continue doing what I need to do for the day. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this dealership and I will be returning with anything else that may arise in the future.

David and the service team are a scam $227 to tell me a simple starter has failed ???? Lied and first said it was the battery then switched up to the starter also said starter replacement needed reprogrammed quoted $1300 starter replaced for $65 in .5 hr please run far far away from this incompetent dealer I wouldnt even purchase from this dealer these guys should be working at take 5
