I stopped in because I couldn't navigate through some of my features in my Ford 350, Matthew went out of his way to help me even though I didn't by the truck through Jarrett, he resolved my issue, this is will always remember, my next vehicle will definitely be through him @ Jarrett Ford

I can’t say enough good things about the Jarrett family dealers. Between the Charolette store and Avon park store there are no better dealers. Bill Jarrett is a hands on owner who is on property daily. He’s down to earth and extremely fair. I’ve done business with him since 1991. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately I do not have names for the individuals who work in the service department but I just felt I need to leave a review about the professionalism & care that the service manager & his team have! My husband brought his truck in for diagnostic testing & the manager was very emphatic to our situation and we left feeling very appreciative of his willingness to work with us and get to the bottom of the issue. We have had his truck serviced at this location prior and we always feel like the service that they provide at this location is incredible! In a time where it seems prices continue to increase and quality decreases it’s so refreshing to have reputable businesses that stand behind their work, have common sense and integrity!

July 19th 2026: Yesterday, I purchased my second vehicle at Jarrett Ford of Charlotte County. The experience was even better than the first time. Arthur Francis was my salesman and he bent over backwards to get me in a vehicle despite the situation I was in (no need for details, but it was bad). I drove away with a beautiful, brand new F-150. Mike the finance guy was also extremely helpful. I cannot say it enough, no matter where you plan on shopping for a vehicle, stop by Jarrett Ford and ask for Arthur!!! Thank you! Thank you! Made an appointment to fix a recall on my 2024 Ford Ranger and Jarrett Ford was ready when I arrived, fixed the recall in time they said they would and had my Ranger ready for me when I came to pick it up. Staff was friendly and seemed to want to help.

Victor Balseca was very helpful in making my purchase of my Ford Escape possible. One could not have asked for anything more.
