Great experience with Jarrett Ford when I purchased my Mustang. Communication was fantastic through the entire process. I want to call out Elmer Johnson my Sales rep, Angelo in detail and Brian the Sales Manager. I contacted 3 other Ford dealerships regarding buying my Mustang and Jarrett was by far the dealership that stood out as truly wanting my business.

Honestly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Lowest prices on comparable vehicles, and incredible customer service from beginning to end. No harsh sales tactics, totally upfront on pricing, options and add on’s in a way that you wouldn’t expect from any major dealership. Worked with Mathew and Judy, and both of them were absolutely incredible. Personable, honest and kind. They’ve got customers for life.

Service is performed at the Lincoln dealership next door while fire damage under repair at Ford. All work done as promised, no complaints there. Only surprise was I was told I required a new battery. The dealership had replaced that very battery less than six months before for over $300. They agreed it was covered under the replacement guarantee, no problem. The issue is why? To me it;s the voltage regulator program not allowing full recharge. I am investigating.

Mary and Tim made my entire experience seamless from start to finish. It was by far the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle in over 30 years. Thanks for all your help!
