Coolant Service on 03/25 Car running hot after service, no way to work. No one can help me until Monday. 03/30, unexcusable for a large dealership. Tire rotation & balancing perfect.

He was kind, attentive, and made sure she was taken care of every step of the way. It’s such a relief as a parent to know she had someone trustworthy helping her with her car. The service department recommended a 32,000 service on my 2014 Ford focus. Cars worth about $7,000 I'm not going to put $32,000 of repairs into it
